Would the BBB & TrustLink consider adding to their business query the name of the individual or business owner the consumer is filing their complaint against. The reason I make this request is based on my experience; I did first check with the BBB, CA State Business Search, and the FTC & the web based Rip-Off Report before deciding to open an account with Superior Gold Group in November, 08'; Superior Gold Group LLC had a BBB rating of A+ at that time. Or would it be better for BBB to start all businesses with a C rating and make the new business earn their A+ rating via a merit system. I have spent more than 1000 hours researching SGG in preparation for arbitration. I found out that by including the name of the business and or individual involved I would be able to readily find out that the above named business had prior similar offences. EXAMPLE if you key into a search engine the following John Doe, indictment, respondent, fraud, misrepresentation, you would be able to find out if their had been prior litigations against a company. Likewise, if BBB and Trustlink had a similar search query they would find that the name of the account executive, Adam Blaser, who was the account executive for Superior Gold Group and whom handled our account and several others who have filed similar complaints against Superior Gold Group with the BBB is now doing business as United Gold Direct, LLC. Bruce Sands the owner/CEO of Superior Gold Group was a respondent in a contractual fraud case settled the same month he resurrected the his new company Superior Gold Group. Companies such as Superior Gold Group, LLC are utilizing Mandatory Arbitration as their vehicle of choice enabling them to by-pass & game the legal system permitting them to resurrect the same players as they walk out of arbitration, cross the street and open up a brand new Shelf Corporation/Aged Corporation permitting them to find a new group of pigeons; until they get caught again. Given the above scenario how can the consumer win? Alternatively, good companies whom compete with Superior Gold Group, LLC and the subsequent companies businesses like Superior Gold Group spawn, are harmed too. How do we resolve this problem?
