This company is brand new, so complaints haven't accumulated yet but I doubt we'll have to give this one much time for that. Here's a review that's posted here on TrustLink about this business:

"TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION!!!!I phoned ARG in hopes of reducing my car note. During my initial call a representative informed me that they had an excellent success rate with the company I financed my car through. A lot of times, I was told, they were able to reduce the principal amount and/or lower my current interest rate. Of course that sounds good to me, so I took the first step of purchasing their options report which outlines what the outcome could be. I paid my $200.00 for this options report, which was to be emailed to me and also mailed. All this time I am in constant contact with my exclusive "account representative" or whatever they call themselves. When I received my options report their recommendation was to refinance. That meant dragging out my car payments for an extended 2 more years!!!! Also, the interest rate was only lowered by 1%. So you see they are not doing anything for you that you cannot do yourself. Saving yourself $200.00 during a hard time and refinancing the car yourself!!!! So very bogus!!!"

I'll try to get back to this question in the next few days, but in the meantime, do your own Google search on "how to negotiate with your car lender" and consider going through a free session with a nonprofit credit counselor. Check out www.nfcc.org to be connected to a local accredited agency. Their national hotline is 800-388-2227.

You are exactly right! You will not get a refund. We need to file a class action lawsuit against this company. I have been dealing with them since Dec/2009. NOTHING! Now, I am nearly finished paying off my car. They are no use to me now. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE COMPANIES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ECONOMY SITUATION!

Who is with me and wants to file a class action lawsuit against them? I've had enough and need my money back.
