Can I file a complaint with BBB, plus write a customer review on trustlink?

Can someone at Trustlink please tell me why I can't write a review on a company that I filed a BBB complaint on, when the trustlink FAQ's state otherwise?
The company called trustlink and had my customer review removed, and I don't think it's fair, that they only show positive reviews, and have negative reviews removed. Customer reviews don't affect their rating, so what's the problem?

Can I file a complaint to the BBB and write a review on TrustLink about company?
• In some cases, yes. We will now allow both reviews and complaints to be submitted if the matter concerns a business in an industry that the Better Business Bureau classifies as inherently problematic. Inherently problematic industries are those with a high degree of complaint generation risk, as determined by our experience. Because complaints weight heavily on a company’s BBB rating, and because most businesses, even good businesses get complaints from time to time, we believe it’s important that such matters receive the appropriate weighting. Consumer reviews on the other hand, are not figured into a company’s BBB rating but are given a lot of weight by the public. They provide a means to highlight both good and bad experiences and thus provide an important new perspective on a company. We want the public to share their experiences with businesses but we must be mindful of actions which may be deemed punitive.

As the terms state, you can write both in the case that the company or type of business is considered inherantly problematic. The BBB uses its judgement on these cases, but it means mostly scam companies or companies that we have a long, negative track record with. By writing a negative review and filing a complaint, it's a "double whammy" against the company, so that is why the policy is in place. I do apologize that your review was removed, but it has nothing to do with only negative reviews being removed. It was simply because you had filed a complaint and you cannot do both. Your complaint will be on the company's BBB record for 36 months when it has been closed.

College is a very difficult endeavor. Unexpected events may occur while you are studying, preventing you from finishing your homework. I occasionally encountered circumstances where I wasn't capable of producing essays or term papers. Fortunately, I have a relationship with the residency personal statement editing https://residencypersonalstatements.net/
for medical schools. These guys are to blame for my stellar marks.
