Delinquent Delivery of Precious Metals: SUPERIOR GOLD GROUP, LLC
|
7/5/2010 10:12 AM (PST)
Superior Gold Group, LLC has made it a standard practice of defending their position of grossly-delinquent or non-delivery of precious metals based on the fact that supposedly the US Mint is not manufacturing Proof Metals at this time. If that is so than why is Superior Gold Group LLC, not contacting their customers and converting those sales invoices to bullion sales; based on the spot price Superior Gold Group locked those customers in at? Moreover, it would behoove Superior Gold Group not to sell precious metals that they can't deliver within 31 days. If the customer insists on having proof-metal shouldn't Superior Gold Group put it in writing to their customer and preferably stipulated on the customers invoice and not vaguely buried within the SGG contract; that it might take as long as three years or more to receive their precious-metals? Granted, proof metals carry a 50/60% premium above the price of standard bullion or American Gold Eagles; that really benefits SGG more than the customer, but that's okay because, the customers will profit just fine given the rise in price of gold/silver/platinum these days.
Cheers,
Francine

I forgot something; Superior Gold Group LLC, also needs to explain to their customer and put it in writing, other than vaguely hiding the ball in their contract, the price difference between proof and bullion or would that violate the Superior Gold Group training policy of instructing their account executives not to tell the customer the real price, if you tell the customer the real price the customer will go away? [as quoted by Adam Blaser; former Superior Gold Group account executive]

I forgot something else...again; What is Superior Gold Group, LLC doing with the customers money they take-in, while they are waiting for the US Mint to manufacture proof again? My multi-tasking-mind would like to know. Besides, all of that garbage, why does it take so long for Superior Gold Group, LLC to deliver their non-proof precious metals orders?
Cheers,
Francine

I asked that question point blank yesterday of the IRA department. I spoke with another new guy -'A.J.' (Andrew Jackson). Where is the $74,000 I sent? He actually said he didn't know. That's why I'm starting to investigate alternatives to sitting around waiting.
