Fees for loan modification

I have some concerns about LSH Solutions, can any one tell me how their fees are figured for their services?Also any one who has done loan modification with them if they where happy with their service. Thank You

The one complaint on file with the BBB alleges that the company charged fees up front, which illegal here in California. I have no personal insight into their pricing structure, but you should know there alternatives which may cost you much less or may even be free...
Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
