I am too wondering about Finacial Club International...has anyone dealt with them before? Is this a scam?

Bill, how do they get away with it? They sent me the loan agreement (which I have not signed), but it states about getting the money back in 6 months, etc, and it's signed by a "Senior Loan Official". The toll free number to call them back is listed to Posterity One, LLC in Irvine California, found on the Manta site, they look legitimate. They are part of the Power Suite Group of Companies, and the Financial Club International also states that on the agreement. Albeit, there is no information on Financial Club International itself that I could find on the internet, and the loan agreement does not have a break down schedule of repayment dates, which other real loan companies do show that. If I send you a copy of the agreement, can you do anything legally against them for conning others?
