LifeStyle Lift Lawsuits?

I would like to sue LifeStyle Lift of Seattle,Wa. My concerns are legitimate. Do any of the community have suggestions to lawyers and other horror stories to share about them?

Horror stories will fill your inbox if you stick around here. Sometimes life can get a little precarious....

As for the Attorney: Personal Injury/Medical Negligence Attorneys usually work off Contingency. That means that they take 30-50% of your recovery (depending on settlement/trial and difficulty). Because they are working the case with their own money, they have an incentive to make the best deal for both of you. They also favor reasonable settlement, because they are out serious money if the Defense verdict comes in, exonerating your doctor.

Here is a website for The Association of Trial Lawyers.

Put in Tacoma, WA and Medical Negligence Attorneys, and it looks like there are 14 in your area. Try Seattle, WA and there are 31 more. GOOGLE them and narrow it down to a few. I would give more weight to any Positive reviews in your Google search, because people tend to bitch more than they praise in life.

Pick someone with good hair. It has nothing to do with their qualifications, but it looks better in front of a Jury. If his melon is reflecting the fluorescent lighting, they won't be thinking about your uneven breast implants or permanent Joker smile. Also keep in mind that EVERYONE thinks that they are right in litigation, so 50% of the people are unhappy after a Trial. Settlement is usually best for everyone.

Good Luck
