Is the Home Protection Firm and Dan Green on the up and up? They are in California. I'm wondering if someone has worked with them? If yes, did you have any success. I'm really doubtful!!!

The BBB's already had to close 1 complaint against this company without a response because it was ignored and there are a couple more pending. We've received return mail when trying to contact them, and you'll notice they do not seem to provide an address on their website.
Additionally, it looks like the complainant on file paid in advance for loan mod services, which is ILLEGAL.
