I have linked their report with the BBB above for you to view their rating however I would urge caution in providing any information that may disclose personal information about yourself until confirmation of hire has been established.
Forms such as the I 9 require you to provide proof of your ability to work in the US and also discloses your date of birth.
Although these forms are required once hired, it is not the "norm" to request such documents before employement has been offered and accepted.
I would urge you to contact the EDD to verify this type of request. Here's their link

I have also been "Hired" by this company and did find a scam report on your site, then the next time I tried to get back to your site, over the weekend it was not available. I also have been emailed the W-2 and other forms for employment but do not want to give out my social security number over the net and email seems to be the only way to contact this company. Why is it so hard to get an answer regarding their legality? I have been out of work almost 2 years and have exhausted my unemployment. I really need this job if it is for real. I need help. Jeudi

This is a scam not check cashing but a scam never the less..... I know this because my household took the risk and did everything they asked to find out they did not pay us for any work and I now have to fraud case's up with discover because they were using our address. On the BBB site the main contact is fake... If you look for additional numbers for them you receive a fun hotline! Even the address that is listed should have a suite number based on the 6 or 7 other real business that operate out of that building, I even called them to ask if this company was located in the building and they said they have never heard of them. The payroll dept email is responding.... Head of Logistics Mr. Steven Hartman quit responding to use threw the company chat and we were not paid!!!!!!!

Question for Naseem S. Your name shows up on the Freight company which is the previous place as where these folks are located. Well when I did a search for the name on the oage of BBB for a Steve Fharzi came up with a Naseem S. Fharzi I think that was how it is spelled have to go back and look.
