I would really like to know if there is anyone that is dealing with the Expert Settlement Professional Services. I see one address for the on the BBB and in the letter I got from them their address 201 S Andrews Ave, Fort Launderdale, FL. Web site is http://my.espda.com. I my self can't get into their web site to check my account. I can't find much information on BBB site about them.

Its a SCAM...you are purchasing "Software" called Expert Settlement Professional via a "subscription"? READ the contract very carefully, and your eyes will glaze over, because the debt settlement companies that use this have 15-page long contracts and you are signing approval with 3-4 different companies to "assist" you with Debt Settlement. One company is for your "escrow" account (that charges monthly fees), one company is for the "legal referral", one other company is for the "ESPDA " subscription. HUH??? Something is very fishy here. ESP was started by a notorious company called P&E Solutions, which was related to a now defunct outfit called Lifeguard, also in bed with a company called FBL Associates. Find a company with an A-rating, note the number of complaints on the BBB. I believe they are calling it a "subscription" and selling software because of the lack of a verifiable legal team. And really, do you want a crackpot pre-paid Legal person working on your file for only 2-3 hours? Because thats what you'll be provided with. Hope this helps...I work in the industry.
