Richard,
This company has an F rating with the BBB and mixed reviews. Although it is unfortunate that people have fallen victim to their business practices. We always encourage consumers to check out any company before paying money, provide personal information urge caution when considering any precious metal investment.
Such investments are considered high risks based on the facts that relative commodity markets fluctuate rapidly and ultimate value may depend solely on the price a collector is willing to pay. Precious metals investments are suitable only for those who can bear the risk of substantial loss.
Rather than make an immediate decision, insist upon written confirmation of all details of the offer and all verbal promises. Verify that the offer is registered, or exempt from such requirement, with your state securities commissioner. In California, call the Department of Corporations at (213) 576-7500. In addition, on a national basis, the firm may be required to register its offer with the Commodities Future Trading Commission.
If you have a complaint, you may file your complaint at their BBB report.
Thank you.
