is this co legit or is it a scam

I am looking for affordable health insurance. I was contacted after clicking on a get a quote through ehealth Insurance. Company called Health Option One. Plan offered is Choice Plus PPO. Want I want to know if this is a legitimate Health insurance or is it a company scamming the public. They have an enrollment fee of 99.95 which is supposedly applied to the first month premium. And is it true that this a nationwide group plan offered at group rates?

ehealthinsurance.com appears to be a credible lead generator for health insurance plans, but I don't know about the vetting process they have for the actual health plans brokered through their site. Check your state agency that licenses or registers health insurers and/or HMOs!
"Health Option One" according to the BBB report below showed one complaint and the BBB also reported that the business was not locatable (or perhaps out of business). Check to see if this may be the same company (Deerfield Beach, FL).

The BBB report also shows this company to be a provider of "discount plans", which are not the same as a health insurance plan. A red flag may be that this name is a variant of other names we do have in our database - Option One Health and One Health Option.
Please do some more homework before you pay out any money.
