Potential Scam: If you have gotten this far be sure to do a Google search just under "Liberty Unsecured Reviews" you will find other reviews from other "victims". On the web at " TrustLink.com" these folks are listed as being located in Oakland Park FL as well as in Hawthorn and Weston FL. Worth spending a little more time to research or better yet do that Google Search "Liberty Unsecured Reviews" and read it all before you end up with the same story line - "yes you are approved but a yellow flag came up and it can be all cleared up by sending another company they deal with some $."

This most Defiantly is a Scam, I was promised two loans last December 2009, One for $11500 and one for $16500 plus my $698 that I paid to Libertyunsecured. This is quit strange,Why did I pay Liberty and NOT improvecredit for Credit services? I was told on the 13th,16th,19th and by years end 2009 that I would receive my Loans. This came from Neil Lipsky the Agent for Libertyunsecured,I assumed he was my Loan Officer. At this point in time I have an ongoing Dispute with Liberty,I have Filed complaints with the BBB in Florida and with the FTC. I see that today 8/18 the BBB upgraded their rating on Libertyunsecure to a D- from a D+, I would Suggest anyone who has fallen Victim to this Company File Complaints with the proper authorities.

NO TRUTHFUL COMPANY WILL ASK FOR MONEY UPFRONT. Ask yourself this question, if they can get you financing then why would they charge you a upfront gee. Why wouldn't a company have a fee in the back end unless they thought you may not be approved. There are plenty of places that can assist you in obtaining a loan. I would suggest trying places like lifehousefunding.com or just google search unsecuredpersonalloanhelp.com or something like that.

There are tons of lenders that are available to the average consumer and most can't be found online, but you should never pay for a list of lenders. If you go with this company make sure you only pay via credit card so you can dispute the charges if it doesnt work out. If any company tells you that you have been approved asked to see the bank paper work first. Then contact the bank directly and ask them if you have been approved. NO BANK REQUIRES UP FRONT FEE DUE TO CREDIT ISSUES OR CONCERNS.

I am an advocate that has seen way to many people GET ripped off BY SCAM COMPANIES THAT CHARGE UP FRONT FEES. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, ASK ANY LOCAL BANK IF IT SOUND RIGHT.

Find a company that will help you and that only has a small fee once you are approved.

Tom I thought I would answer what you posted. I Began a Complaint with the BBB In your state. That has come to And end,The pretty much ended. They told they could not Help Me.I can't Believe it, So I decided to follow threw and file with the Attorney General.Your Attorney General Sent me a Letter claiming that the could Not help as well,But they also agree that I was a victim. And was most Defiantly Scammed. Now I have filed another complaint. I filed with the with the Florida Department of Agriculture & consumer Services. I revived my letter today in the mail.they gave me Fifteen days to respond. I will keep Posted.
