TERRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL and NO COMMITMENT TO ON TIME PICK UP - STRANDED @ LAX NEARLY 2 HOURS - DRIVER LATE!

PICK ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION FROM 24/7 RIDE...They claim "Commitment to On Time Service" and "Guaranteed On Time Pick Up" but do not believe it. Check out all the poor reviews on Yelp and others before you book with this company...I
wish I had. When we landed @ LAX and was standing on the curb with our baggage, we called as instructed. We made 5 calls to the driver before he picked up the phone (seemed like we woke him up) and he told us that he was 50 miles away from LAX. We called the
24/7 Dispatch Dept but no one answers. 1 hour and 45 mins later and many calls to the driver & dispatch over this time, he showed up at 3:21am with excuses that the previous pick up lost their baggage and all other pick ups are pushed back. Keep this in mind
as they do not have extra drivers to handle this situation. Over 4 days and many calls & E-mails, I still could not get the manager, Dary, to contact me to discuss this situation and the bill for the "breach" in their "Guaranteed On Time" pick up. No one has
called back which shows that they do not care.
