Not Happy With Service

I went to them due to receiving a red light ticket. They supplied what appeared to be a standard defense which I mailed to the court.Soon after I received a letter from the court stating I was found guilty. I did contact the company to address my dissatisfaction
with there generic defense, and request a refund. I did threaten to go on the internet to discuss my displeasure with there service. And there wonderful customer service response was I better be careful what I say or they would take legal action against me.
