I bought 2 rows of theater seats from 4Seating in January, 2016. I placed my order over the phone and the customer service representative was very helpful explaining the process. I ordered on a Friday and received an order confirmation via e-mail along with my sales reps e-mail address and direct telephone number. The chairs shipped from CA to Indiana on Tuesday. I received a link from 4Seating to the shipping company to track my shipments. They estimated an arrival date of Monday, and the produce was delivered to Indianapolis on Monday. The freight company called me Monday afternoon and offered to deliver it as early as Tuesday. I set up delivery for Wednesday and the drive called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He unloaded the chairs into my garage. Packaging was in perfect condition with no visible damage on the exterior. I unpacked my Seatcraft seats and they looked even better in person than the did online. Dimensions were exactly as stated on the website and they fit into my theater room perfectly. Overall a great experience - much better than I have experienced with high-priced furniture stores!
