Hi, We have had a very bad experience with 9x Media. Their products seem to be good but the support and response has been very poor. We had placed orders with them since 2008 equipment's worth nearly half a million dollars; and it took them 7-8 months
to deliver these equipment's and very recently we had placed an order for couple of monitors in Oct 2012 and till now June 2013 there hasn't been any response when these will be delivered -crossed 9 months now. No one picks up office phone and no replies to
emails. We will never recommend 9x media products to anyone. In my view they are only interested in getting payments in advance.
