Power door Locks failed within a month

Purchased a power door lock kit for my 2014 Nissan Versa Note and in less than one month, one lock actuator failed and fell apart. These actuator are suppose to be the top of the line made in Switzerland and use by Mercedes Benz. Cost me a $100 to replace at the local installer and I only requested a refund price of the actuator which they replied:
It is quite unclear on the situation,but we do not have an order from you for a replacement actuator nor do we see any notes for any type of warranty regarding your order
I would not buy from these people again! I am now just waiting for the other actuators to fail
