This company is terrible. My senior citizen mother called them to repair her oven, which they did. In less than 4 months, the oven failed again, so she tried to contact them to service the oven (and see if they could explain why it failed so soon after their previous service). She repeatedly called them over several days, getting promises that they would come at certain hours the next day, but they never called and never showed up. This is the most unresponsive company she has ever dealt with, and we are in complete agreement with the other two negative reviews. I should have checked this site for her before she contacted them to fix the oven.
