I have to say I was shocked at reading the posted complaint. I have had four birthday parties there of the last 2 years, both of my kinds wanted to have their parties there, and I have to say ABQ Jump is FABULOUS!!!!
We are always treated like family when we come in. It is no wonder ABQ Jump was voted Best of the City for the past 2 years.
Based on my experience with ABQ Jump, I have recommended ABQ Jump to many of my friends and they have all been very happy with the service they received.
