WE had a horrible experince for a birthday party for a 4 year old.

WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY RAN HORRILY LATE. THE FOOD AND DECORATIONS YOU PURCHASE WILL NOT BE USED. THE FOOD YOU BUY WILL NOT BE USED. OUR HOSTESS WAS SLOPPY AND DIDN’T CARE SHE WAS RUSHING. THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.
Our party was to start at 1 and didn't start till 1;30pm. We had to pay an additional $23 we tried telling the manager of the time we missed and the horrible experience. I am grandmother and I didn't want to pay the additional and so he threatened to call
APD and have me arrested in front of all the customers and my family.
