I placed an order online on 10/15 on an "in stock" item. Was assured that the item would ship in 24-48 hours. Called the following Monday and again was assured of shipping and was told item would likely be delivered that Friday or Saturday. Called the next Monday and was told that items in stock were damaged and that AC Wholesalers would receive new items around November 4th!! Absolutely no communication to me regarding this meanwhile my family of 7 has been taking showers elsewhere while we wait! Cancelled order immediately and found exact item elsewhere for less money! Never again!!
