I contacted AC911 to install an Ecobee thermostat. On the first phone call, Oze took the time to explain things to look out for with the installation, and quoted me the cost for an hour or two of labor. Due to issues with internet connectivity and the Ecobee company servers, the actual set-up took almost four hours. Oze displayed incredible knowledge about computers, my wireless router, and the Ecobee thermostat itself. He also took the time to carefully explain the set-up and operation of the thermostat. In the end, he charged me only for the maximum 2 hours of labor as originally quoted. He also followed up first thing the next morning with a phone call to the Ecobee company and a call to me to resolve one outstanding issue. I would definitely use AC911 for any HVAC-related services!
