Overall experience = positive.
I have bought PMs for delivery on several occasions from APMEX and the experience was excellent! Got exactly what I ordered in a fast and timely manner. During business hours there is a chat representative available to answer questions. Prices are a little higher than other dealers, but not by much. I think this is great place to do business. They have wide selection of PM products, and a shopping cart you can keep loaded and primed to hit when spot goes where you want to buy at. The prices update in the cart along with the spot movement, so you know exactly what your purchase will cost. Another nice thing is they tell you what their buy back offer is on certain popular products, like eagles and maples. So, I do recommend APMEX!
