Called ATC about a custody case and paid $348.00. Found out 10 minutes later from juvenile court that custody had already been given back to me. I NEVER received notice from the court. I immediately called ATC back but all I have gotten is voice mail. I want the $348.00 refunded. I also called my bank and if ATC is unwilling to refund my money the bank will file a fraud report.
