Paid $348 and they've done absolutely nothing. The woman I talked to was pushy, rude and gave horribly bad legal advice. I found that out after I couldn't contact them or get a returned phone call and had to obtain actual legal counsel. I've tried and tried and tried contact and left countless messages for them to return my call to no avail. To be going through this horribly heartbreaking battle for my son and then to be taken advantage of by a company like this was a giant wad of salt in the wound. I just want my money back.
