Terrible customer service!!! The two receptionists I dealt with, Gal and Stephanie, are both incredibly rude and both HUNG UP on me. They're nice when you're a new customer but once you pay them and have questions about warranties and such, the courtesy goes down the drain. I don't know how to reiterate this, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH AND I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY WARRANTY OR GOING BACK TO THEM.
