Acer's support line (1-800-637-7000), for products bought at a retail store, leads you to an outsourced customer support team. When asking for technical support, the common answer you will receive is to reload your operating system. If you are lucky enough to be passed to "Level 2" technical support, you will be told that your "third party" software is likely causing all your problems. While "Level 2" technical support is helpful to an extent, the overall process with Acer was horrendous. AI highly encourage Acer to take an honest look at their customer service process and make changes soon.
