i have just purchased the netbook in june 2010. when i cahnged my internet providers the wireless software would not reconfigure with the linksys router. i called acer to be informed that i had to pay 130 to acquire tech support. what gives i am disappionted and willn't purchase any more acer products.it was slow in the beginning so i will upgrade everything with an independant contractor
