I unfortunately had the displeasure of doing business with this company. They called me promoting a sweepstakes. I signed up for the magazine subscriptions. I thought about it for a bit and before I started getting some of the magazines that I ordered, I called and tried to cancel. They told me that I could not cancel the subscription as they had already paid the magazine companies. Not sure about that but I told them that then they should be able to get their money back too as I had not received any magazines yet. They told me that I agreed to this and I would just have to pay them as agreed. I called back because they would not let me speak to a supervisor. So I got another rep who told me there was nothing she could do and that I could not speak to anyone else. I told her I wasn't hanging up without speaking to a manager and she hung up on me. So I called back again and this time I spoke to someone who swore at me and told me I would never get a refund. This company is deplorable and in this economy losing $800. hurts.
