We used Adoption Insight to match us with a birth mom which they indeed did. From that, we have a beautiful daughter. However, I would not recommend this company. From the beginning we had many problems: failure to give us a copy of the signed contract, failure to pay birth mom expenses, failure to return phone calls, lying when confronted. I had to take over paying birth mom expenses personally as eviction notices started and utility shut off notices started. The adoption proceeded because we invested in the birth mom. Our birth mom would not have placed if we relied on the agency. We have not heard from the agency despite BBB claims, letters, and calls. When I called to let them know the b-mom delivered they never called me back. That was 10 months ago and I still haven't heard anything. This company did not perform as per the contract and was very difficult to work with.
