I went to "Affordable dentures" at 5555 Montgomery N.E in Albq. to buy full dentures, the "premium set" for $1,000. They made them for me, and I paid the entire amount on my first visit 3 days later they were ready and they put them in my mouth. They did not fit well, they would not close properly. The Technician told me that I had 90 days to come in as a "walk-in" at any time to have them adjusted, and that they would make them fit properly. I called to make arrangement to have an adjustment, and was told to simply come in any business day as a "walk-in" by 10 A.M., and they would take me in. I went in at 8:00 A.M on Tues. 8/16/11, and was refused service, and was told they could not see me until Wed. 8/24/11. I can not eat properly, nor talk properly because my dentures do not fit correctly, and I feel that my problem should have received top priority so that my dentures work for me. I did not get good service and would not use their dental service again.
