I want to take a moment and personally thank Aforma Financial, and especially Joseph Pichette, for making my mortgage process as smooth and painless as humanly possible -- especially these days with all the changes in the business. I started out a little nervous working with a new company for the first time, but they came highly recommended by a friend, and it did not take long to find out why. Not only did the product and service meet all my expectations, but Mr. Pichette, in particular, went above and beyond what any other loan advisor had offered me in the past. He answered all of my many questions with accurate, detailed and knowledgeable information. Most importantly, he always returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Being a busy professional, this was a priority for me in choosing a lender. The icing on the cake was when Aforma not only delivered as promised, but got my fees reduced at closing by $1,200 without my even having to ask. I highly recommend working with this company for any mortgage needs. I couldn't be more thrilled with my outcome. Thank you so much!
