I just went here for the second time in the past 3 years to have my 14 yr old dog cremated. They took very good care of me and listened to my negative experience with the vet clinic. They were sympathetic and assured me that they would take care of my dog. Steve was extremely professional and had a customer service approach you don't see anymore in this country. Picked up my dog a day later and everything was great. Would highly recommend based on my two experiences.
