DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The girl that took my order did not tell me she was from an outside order service until AFTER I finished my order and asked about privacy issues to not have my name and address shared. She told me she could not guarantee that. She never offered me any shipping method so I emailed the company within 45 minutes to an hour and the package was shipped UPS. I could not get in touch with them directly by phone to make any adjustments so by email it was too late. I never got the package and tried over and over again to get in touch with AlerG by phone to no avail. Leaving 2 voicemails on extension 246 for a supervisor did NOTHING. He never called me back! I kept being told by the "outside service" that all the phones were busy so they were forwarding calls to a department that could NOT look up my order. No matter if I called right as soon as they opened or what. Get real! I emailed them for 3 days in a row and NOBODY would respond to the emails after I told them that I did NOT get my package. They were fine emailing me until they figured out I didnt have any item then I never heard from them again. I finally faxed American Express with all my information and the supervisors extension and detailed my experience with Alerg. AMEX is doing a chargeback to Alerg for the amount in full. Alerg needs to figure out that CUSTOMER SERVICE should be their FIRST priority and offering customers great products the second. If you dont put any effort into customer service and satisfaction, you technically do not HAVE a business. Customer service makes or breaks it. Liz R
