Not sure if you can do a 'zero star' rating, but if that's possible, I'll have to change it later.
Working with this firm has been a fiasco. We contacted them around April of 2009 to ask them to finish up their work on our 2008 taxes. After lots of begging and pleading, we finally got our finished returns in June of 2010 (amounting to almost $1,000 of penalties as a result).
Not to mention that the 'man' that was supposed to be helping us was not only ignoring our many emails to request that they do the work they were hired to do, but also downright nasty, rude, and threatening.
We withheld payment from them at one point because they hadn't completed certain work we were owed, and they had also mis-billed us, and the owner of the company proceeded to go on a social media slander campaign on my Facebook page!
If you want to find a new, formidable enemy, and then have him give bad customer service, withhold your due tax returns, and then proceed to threaten you, then Mike Dubrock and Aliso Creek Consulting just might be your next accounting firm!
