To resolve an issue with their customer service not helping me out in a timely manner, I was issued a voucher for my ticket for future travel with the company that I was told would not expire. However, you have to renew it each year that you do not use it. After several tries over the phone and fax, each time ANA's customer service claims not to have the fax and never any history on our previous conversations, I was not able to renew my voucher on time. I found out too late that it can only be done in person. I am very upset with ANA for not taking better care of their customer and taking my hard earned money for a service that they could easily provide that I have already paid for. All I wanted was to renew my voucher so that I can use it to travel which does not cost them anymore money. They claim it is my fault but make it very difficult for you to get much done.
