I have a claim with this insurance company. The agent contacted me in regards to the accident report. Now he is claiming , he is waiting to get the report from his client. What a scam. This company is a scam. They are not committed to nothing, no integrity or service. They will be soon getting letters from attorneys. They choose to take to hard road, so be it.
