I would like to let you know that my family and I were comforted during the recent funeral for my brother, by the beautiful casket that we purchased from you last week. I am grateful for your professional and timely service. It was unfortunate that my brother left no insurance and money was a major concern for his family. Your service saved us unnecessary additional worry, and was a blessing in its cost. Thank you so very much.
We have spoken to our friends about your service. Many did not know that caskets can be purchased via the Internet, at wonderful prices, and that a funeral home must accept and use them by law. We had no problem from the funeral home that we dealt with here in New York. We will always recommend your service to friends and family in their times of loss - you and American Casket made things easier for all of us.
