This company advertises that it is #1 in customer satisfaction, unfortunately I did not get a vote. I had the company come out last year to see if I could save a very old tree that is leaning badly over my house. They responded promptly and did some branch cutting to help the tree straighten up. I was happy as I do not want to lose the tree.
Sadly, the tree has since died, through no fault of the tree service. Since the tree is leaning badly, I called to see if someone could give me an estimate for it's removal. The did send a very nice employee who agreed that the tree was probably dead, and agreed that it is now a hazard to my house. He told me he or his boss would get back to me by phone the next day. That did not happen.
I was not concerned, but expected I would get a call after the weekend. I still did not get a call. So, I called their office and left a message for someone to call me back. Still, I did not get a call.
I think this is very rude, and certainly unprofessional. Since the tree is a hazard, I feel it is remiss not to have called to let me know what, if anything, is going on. Had I realized they were just going to blow me off, I would have called another company to see about the tree. The wind can get bad at any time, and this is a very large tree.
I am disappointed, to say the least, and want others to beware. It is one thing to claim you are rated #1 in customer satisfaction, but another to actually BE #1 customer satisfaction. This company is clearly not.
I rated it 2 stars because the receptionist was very nice and friendly, and tried to be helpful, and the employee who came was also very pleasant. The business as a whole would not get any stars.
