Found Amerimac Plaza West Financial through the www.hsh.com website and took a chance when I bought my home. I'm so glad I took that chance. Working with Ray Ruddy Sr. was a pleasure and a very efficient experience which I greatly appreciated. Even though the company is in Southern California and I am in Northern California all the transactions were done through email or over the phone. Both my real estate agent and our escrow officer described Ray as a very good person to work with and how thorough he was with the vast amount of paper work involved in getting the loan through the lender, especially these days when lenders are very leery of loaning money. I would highly recommend Ray and Amerimac Plaza West Financial.
