Very poor customer service. They will lie and tell you anything to make the sale, the fall very short! Expect alot of hastle for repairs if you live in or past Parachute Co. Phone calls are never returned! Overall very dissatisfied with them. I will NEVER purchase from them again! Rod Schmitzer
