I'm not sure how to rate this company. However, I do know that their products are priced well above their competitors. I do have one question that they have failed to or refuse to answer my emails on; Why do they require new customers to provide them with their personal information for instance, social security numbers and date of birth? The consultant was unclear and couldn't give me a logical explanation. Should I worry about identity theft? What are they doing with this information? Isn't this illegal?
Can they sell my information to the highest bidder? I think we need to investigate this further. What's your opinion?
