I have found this company to be very reliable as often as I can I recommend their services. They have friendly representatives. Every time I file a claim, the claims department assist me in getting a tech out to my residence and complete the work. Last claim filed was on 5/17/2012 on the microwave, and it was replaced 5 days later after Arkidus found the correct microwave I had. Their customer support is outstanding.
