Not a business I will ever purchase from again !
I purchased a computer from them on 12/9/2019. The car would not start around 11/27/2020, due to the weather and COVID, I could not get the car in to be diagnosed until the week of 12/14/2020. On 12/15/2020 I emailed Auto Computer Exchange with the results that had been found that the PCM I purchased was at fault for the car not starting. I expected to hear from them in the next couple days, on 12/17/2020 I emailed both the sales and warranty email addresses. On 12/18 I received a reply to contact Richard at the number they supplied, needless to say he was rather rude and informed me they were very strict with there warranty of one year. I was aware it had just past the warranty period and was thinking maybe they would consider a price adjustment to another purchase, now the warranty had only expired by 6 days and 2 of them were weekend, and the car had only been driven slightly over 1000 miles. Once again Rude Richard advised me how strict they were on warranty and offered to ship me another computer for the price of $395.00 now keep in mind I paid $199.00 for the defective computer, so no discount but close to doubled the price. Needless to say they can keep there DEFECTIVE JUNK !
