My Realtor got this for me when I purchased my new home in January. I had a claim in February for my heater and then a plumbing issue this month. Both were handled well. I talked to a young man at their office about the plumbing problem and he was great. He was friendly and worked with me to understand the problem. It ended up being a relatively minor but expensive repair so I was glad I only had to pay $60! I was pleased.
