Bought the warranty when I purchased my new home. I've called on the company many times. Each time they sent someone out I recievied a call back from the warranty company telling me I was'nt covered. Even though the service people said I should be. They came up with more excuses to do nothing. Finally cancalled my policy and am waiting to get the remained of my monies back. This company is in the business of taking money from you and doing nothing.
