My main complaint about Brian and BTB Construction is his total lack of response to my repeated contacts. I don't understand this as he is usually a very personable and professional person. He agreed to do work on my house for a certain rate, as I agreed to do photography work for him in trade. Some of the work he did for me was just fine (installation of a used central heater). He got me a good price and the installation was inexpensive and well done, and I have no complaints at all about it. The photography work I did for Brian was done directly in trade for his services. I have told them to order prints of their portraits whenever they wish as they are all paid up and I will print their images without any charges. I also am giving up the copyright to these images so they may have discs of the images to print without any payment to me. This alone is easily worth as much as the construction work that BTB has done for me. Overall BTB Construction is a good business and comes highly recommended. I asked him to fix a roof leak, and that leak was never fixed. For whatever reason. I have since hired someone else to fix it. I am going to give him a higher rating than previously as I understand he had issues with some of the details of the services he provided and I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
