Working with Jack is the best investment I have ever made. I was apprehensive about using personal trainers or a fitness coach in the past and I have never gotten the results I was desperate to achieve. But after meeting Jack, I decided to take the plunge into his exercise program.
Through his strength training and weight loss training program, I was able to shed nearly 60 pounds in just over half a year and have never looked or felt better in my entire life. Everyone has noticed a huge difference in my physique and I now get noticed everywhere I go! Jack is the most passionate and effective personal trainer in Orange County, without a doubt.
