Horrible customer service. Managers have no customer skills whats so ever, and their corporate office does not even have a complaint department where you can speak to someone higher up. Contracts are not as accurate as they portray it to be, and most sales associates lie to get you to sign up as their whole structure is based on commission.
Stay away from bally fitness. Go somewhere else like 24 hour gym.
